Women at the Well Ministries of Pa is a non-profit, 12 month residential discipleship program that offers a second chance at life for women 18 years or older struggling with life controlling issues such as, but not limited to: addiction, past traumas, and self harm. Biblically based teaching, counsel, instruction, structure and discipline are supervised 24 hours a day in a drug and alcohol- free environment.

Areas of growth include: becoming disciples of Christ, serving others, gaining life skills, improving educational and vocational competency, and improving their overall wellness

Mission Statement:
To encourage and equip women to overcome their life-controlling issues (the bondage of addiction) through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Vision:
Our vision is comprehensive. We want to create a home environment that encourages our women: to grow through discipleship in Christ, to serve others, to gain valuable like skills, to crate personal educational and wellness goals, and to set up a life action plan that includes vocational transition, community service and spiritual disciplines leading up to graduation from our program.
